Our Health Care Team

Priority One Ambulance’s emphasis on high quality service is exemplified by our highly skilled professional staff who deliver unparalleled clinical and patient care, as well as the highest standard of customer service. We have diligently selected the most qualified and experienced employees in the health care and medical transport fields. All employees have undergone pre-employment criminal background and license checks, and are also subject to random drug testing. As a testament to our staff’s dedication and Priority One Ambulance’s commitment to high quality transport care, 90 percent of our employees have been with the company since its inception.

Certified Paramedics

Our paramedics are all current in BTLS, ACLS and PALS certification and follow state and REMAC protocols.

Certified Emergency Medical Technicians

All EMTs have CEVO or EVOC training.

Dispatchers

All Priority One Ambulance Dispatchers are EMTs and are familiar with medical diagnosis and pre-hospital care protocols. Their background makes them adept in responding to any emergent and non-emergent situation.
