On January 12, 2012 a family member was taken from Seaview Nursing Home in Staten Island to Staten Island University Hospital North. The ambulance services were provided by Priority One.

I would like to make you aware that the two paramedics – Jose Fernandez and James Porras were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, professional and caring. They showed an interest in the patient as well as the family members. They are a great asset to your company. Hopefully your company will continue to provide quality services to their patients like these two men did.
